- Select your type of Delivery System: Let us know whether you need to design a tray or a caddy.
- Select Your Footprint: Pick you preferred size and configuration based on your requirements. Standard tray offering includes InBOX 1/2 DIN, 2/3 DIN, or full DIN footprints but we can adapt shape and size to your every need.
- Select Number of Levels: Determine whether you need a single-level or multi-level case/tray based on the number of devices you need to embed.
- Pick Tray Material: Also, consider the material options for the case/tray. Common choices include aluminum or stainless steel, each with its own unique characteristics in terms of durability, weight, and aesthetics.
- Customize Your Case and Lid: Customizing the case & lid allows you to create a cohesive and visually appealing look for your medical trays. If base material is stainless steel, you may choose to laser etch the tray with markings of your choice but if picking an aluminum base, the sky is the limit: You may choose to "deep image" the entire tray with custom artwork or include logo while customizing colors per your brand guidelines, matching your specific PMS (Pantone Matching System).
Lid options typically follows suit with base material but you may consider a PPSU (Radel) lid material to match current branding or for insight on tray content. Our team will go over specific options with you. - Share additional requirements (logo, markings, PMS etc.): This is a key step in branding of your tray : embedding your brand into the medical tray for enhanced recognition. You may choose to have your logo prominently displayed on the case or lid through various methods (ie. screen printing, etching, or deep image). You may even choose to punch or emboss your case with custom geometries!
Markings will facilitate with identification of devices. Your options are to laser etch or silk screen the base to clearly identify location in the tray. - Provide Contact Info & Submit: Before finalizing the customization process, ensure that you provide your contact information.
